Conditions to Hire Adhoc Charter of Helicopters
- Full advance payment is to be deposited before flight by way of Demand Draft/Pay order in favour of “Raag Travel and Aviation Services”, payable at New Delhi.  Present rates of Adhoc Charters are as under:

NOTE
Day for the billing purposes is counted from 0600 hrs to 0600 hrs. The next day
Full Advance payment is to be deposited 48 hours before the flight.
Passenger service fee will be charged extra, if applicable.
However, the final billing will be done after commitment based on actual Flying time hired and balance amount, if any, shall be payable.
The helicopter would be provided subject to serviceability and weather conditions.
In case the flight is not completed due to bad weather or other reasons beyond the control of RAAG, the billing would be done for the duration the helicopter has flown and the amount thereof shall be payable by customer/agent.
Permission for suitable place for landing and takeoff is to be taken by the customer/travel agent from Defence department/Dist. Magistrate/SSP/local authorities/ and forwarded to RAAG. They are also required to provide facilities at helipads according to DGCA rules & regulation.
The arrangement for the security of the helicopter through local administration is also required to be done by the customer/travel agent. Further, positioning of fuel (ATF) at the designated place at customer cost, if required, is to be done by the customer/travel agent.
In case the flight is cancelled because of bad weather, technical reason or any other reason beyond control of RAAG, our liability will be limited to the full refund of fare of the unutilized sector.  No claim or expenses will be applicable thereon.  Cancellation of the booking by the customer/travel agent, would be applicable as per the given rate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation time more than 24 hours	deduction is 05%
Cancellation time more than 12 hours	deduction is 25%
Cancellation time more than 04 hours	deduction is 50%
Cancellation time less than 04 hours	deduction is 100%
